What is the Pace score and how should I use it?

The Pace score is a number that reflects your body’s ability to take on the day. To get an accurate Pace score we need you to take your morning check-ins regularly.

The more consistently you can take subsequent readings the better we will be able to understand your baseline and compare when your body is experiencing more stress, more recovery or are is in line with your own individual baseline. We firmly believe that you know your own body best.

If your Pace score seems odd or inaccurate, remember it is only a guide. We are continuously working on how we calculate it to make it as accurate as possible for you.
